The Tignish Co-op is a well-established, member-owned organization serving the West Prince region for over 85 years. With multiple business lines spanning grocery, home hardware and building supplies, fuel operations, and commercial assets, the Co-op plays a critical role in the local economy and community.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for the organization's overall leadership and performance. This includes executing on strategic direction, overseeing multi‑site operations, ensuring financial sustainability, and leading a team across diverse business units. This is a senior leadership role requiring a balance of operational execution, financial oversight, and strong stakeholder management.
