This is more than a leadership role it’s an opportunity to shape the future of how we operate, drive innovation, elevate performance and embed a truly high-performing culture across our network. 

You’ll be at the forefront of modernising our supply chain capabilities, reimagining the customer experience, and positioning the business for long-term, sustainable growth in an ever-evolving retail landscape. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and based in our Chadstone Support Office, you will lead and inspire leaders to build and sustain a high-performing team culture, driving strong engagement, accountability, and exceptional business outcomes.
