Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the General Manager must be passionate about sales and dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. As General Manager, you will work to improve sales, overall processes, and develop a team of leaders to do the same. You and your team will create connections with prospective members, facilitate their membership journey, and ensure their success. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients.
