Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of one location.
• Manage the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards.
• Coach the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand.
• Monitor and control labor costs and food and waste costs.
• Lead the staff to achieve service times and work as a part of the team.
• Spend reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees.
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
• Hire, retain, and terminate employees.
• Order and manage inventory.
• Perform other duties which involve the day‑to‑day operation of a quick food restaurant.
