General Manager

The General Manager, Site Director of the MASA joint venture is responsible for leading the Singapore manufacturing facility in partnership with Singapore Engineering Company (SIAEC). As site head, the GM is accountable for daily operations, short‑term tactical execution and alignment with global strategy. Responsibilities include site-level financial performance (P&L), operational delivery, product quality, lean productivity, talent management (including succession planning and leadership development), regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management to ensure compliant, profitable and sustainable site performance.
