Your Role In Our Team
As a key member of the senior management team, the General Manager of Quality & Lean leads all quality related functions at our manufacturing site in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for driving customer orientation, compliance and excellence across Quality Management & Assurance, Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and Lean initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a senior professional with proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ready to support the company's ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management & Quality Assurance
Ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction in terms of product quality, delivery dates and cooperation, both with internal and external customers.
Review and approve final product quality and certifications with your final inspection team.
Lead all problem-solving activities with your international partners.
