About the Role -
The General Manager is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dispensary's operations. This role requires strategic thinking, the ability to drive sales performance, leadership, and a comprehensive understanding of the cannabis industry, including compliance with regulations. This role reports to the Market Manager and is subject to change.

* Lead staff training and development, lead all hiring and team management, conduct employee reviews, build staff schedules, and manage overall payroll responsibilities.
* Be a cultural leader for all team members and lead by example to meet company culture goals and expectations.
