-This site has increased both its revenue and head count 50% and 30% the past year.

-Must be strong managing Material Flow, Fixed and Variable Cost and relationship building

-Must have Forging Experience

-150M P&L this year and 106 employees looking to grow to 250M by 2030 with many long term contracts

Summary

The General Manager will provide leadership and overall direction. The GM will measure safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while leveraging data to drive continuous improvement. The GM will formulate and implement operational strategies and programs to improve the competitive position and profitability.
