General Manager

Reporting to the VP Operations, Operations Manager role involves responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization. Plans, directs and controls all manufacturing activities within the company. Coordinates operating activities so that approved products are manufactured on schedule, within quality standards and cost goals. Additional duties involve the estimation of manufacturing capacity, production and materials control, warehousing and site facilities, maintenance, industrial engineering and other manufacturing hold up activities.
