General Manager / Production Head - Refractory

Purpose: This position is the Upper line of shopfloor management which is primarily responsible for achieving daily production as per the requisite schedule determined based on the customer demand confirming safety & quality standards. A Production Manager is also responsible for ensuring minimal rejection percentage & achieving the weekly on time production through proper planning and a motivated working atmosphere through people development initiatives like training, continuous communication & addressing any such related grievances. This position is responsible for SQDCP in the plant and delivering the KPIs defined in line with company’s objective and goal. Current position will be responsible for the “AlSi Mono” which includes manufacturing line for AlSi Mono Castable, Well Filler line and Plastics product line.
