General Manager - PCBA

General Manager responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company's overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Steer company towards achieving company objectives through effective asset development, planning and lean implementation.
• Strategic operations management: lead, manage, motivate and develop heads of departments to achieve company goal.
• Oversee daily business activities, improve overall business functions, train heads of departments, manage budgets, develop strategic plans and communicate business goals.
• Ensure monthly review with Material Manager and Operation Manager on P&L and sales projection.
• Monthly review on company performance with CEO & CFO.
• Accountability for P&L: plan and execute sales and expenses for factory profit and loss.
• Visit existing customers on a regular basis to establish relationships and understand future orders.
