Responsible for the legal function and Company Secretarial matters in Pakistan
Main responsibility: safeguard the company from legal risks.
Responsible for enhancing compliance and awareness of legal risks within FC Engro and ensuring an efficient way of working of the legal function in the company.
Aligning the priorities of the function with FC Engro's strategy and supporting the opportunities for organizational growth.
What We Ask
Graduate of a Law University with very good academic record. A master's degree is a plus
Experienced 12+ years in international commercial legal environment and with compliance management, preferably in a large multinational
Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
Understanding principles of a complex organization with cooperative and business structures
Fluent in spoken and written English
