General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall plant operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Warehouse.
• Lead business strategy, operational planning, and company growth initiatives.
• Drive productivity, quality improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Manage plant P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with IATF/ISO standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, automation, etc.).
• Manage customer, supplier, and headquarters relationships.
• Lead organizational development, manpower planning, and management team performance.
• Monitor KPIs and overall plant performance to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate closely with China headquarters and regional stakeholders.
