General Manager

INDUSTRY : HOSPITALITY / ACCOMODATION

BASIC SALARY : RM 6,000.00 onwards (depending on experience and performance)

• MUST have OWN transport.

• MUST have at least 3 years experience in Hotel/Hospitality or Customer Service

• MUST be able to work on Friday's, Saturday's, Sunday's and Public Holidays

• MUST be able to deal with difficult customer service related issues

• MUST be able to deal with undermanagers & supervisors

BRIEF OVERVIEW ON DAILY TASKS :

• Manage subordinates : undermanagers for the housekeeping team, receptionist team, administration team

• Making sure daily operations are smooth and SOPs are enforced

• Carrying out tasks that are required by the Management in regards on operations (Housekeeping, Customer Service & Data Entry)

• Cost control and supplier audits
