Summary

The Head of Business Operations (HBO) is responsible for driving the achievement of predetermined sales growth & operational efficiency as outlined in the annual Business Plan. Overseeing and managing the sales , operational functions & its optimal performance of the company.

Responsibilities

1.) Strategic Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets, and increase market share in Guard Rail across company.
• Coordinate and manage internal business units and departments and intercompany Heads of Departments as needed to optimize available resources streamline operations and align workflow for optimal performance.
• Coaching in driving subordinates to achieve business plan.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
