Adecco is currently partnering with a growing industrial services organization expanding its operations across Canada. As part of this continued growth, we are seeking an experienced General Manager - Industrial Services to lead business operations, drive operational excellence, and oversee the growth and performance of a regional industrial services business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established operations leader with experience managing industrial service teams, field operations, and customer-focused service delivery. The ideal candidate will come from an industrial services, maintenance, mechanical services, infrastructure, or heavy industry environment and have a proven track record of leading teams, managing financial performance, and improving operational results.
