1880 Train is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality leader to serve as General Manager for one of the Black Hills' most iconic guest attractions. This position plays a key leadership role in overseeing train operations, onboard hospitality, guest services, and team development while helping create memorable experiences for thousands of visitors each season.
The General Manager will lead train crew and hospitality teams, oversee ticketing and marketing strategies, and drive operational excellence with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and team engagement.
