Our ambition is clear: to build one of the UK’s leading coaching‑led fitness businesses. We are actively preparing to open our second location within the next 12 months and are looking for an exceptional General Manager who wants to play a meaningful role in that journey.

This is an opportunity to lead our flagship site while working directly alongside the Founder to develop the systems, people and culture required to support future expansion. For the right person, this role offers a genuine pathway into senior and multi‑site leadership as the business grows.
