Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and workflow Lead and supervise a team of 30 staff Ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time job completion Implement and enforce SOPs and operational systems Handle staff performance, discipline, and scheduling Resolve operational issues quickly Requirements 5-10 years in operations / general management Experience managing 15-50 staff Background in service, retail, workshop, automotive, F&B or similar Hands-on, disciplined, and results-driven Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Plus point: Experience in sales, especially corporate (B2B) sales We're Looking For A doer who can take ownership, manage people effectively, and keep operations running smoothly every day.
