General Manager

This position reports to the Managing Partner. The following employees report directly to the General Manager: Loader Operator.

Requirements Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Horticulture, or a related field. Preferred: MBA in a related discipline. Licensing / Registration / Certification Required: Valid Texas Driver's License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record. Preferred: Forklift or heavy equipment certification; CDL license a plus. Experience Required: Experience managing or working in a landscaping materials yard, construction yard, or similar supply environment. Experience working with external tax accountants and regulatory reporting. Preferred: Prior supervisory experience with inventory, logistics, or multi-yard operations. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
