General Manager – Canadian Tire, Elliot Lake

As a member of the store’s Management team, the General Manager is responsible and accountable for improving efficiency and increasing departmental results while managing the company’s overall operations. Reporting to the Associate Dealer, the role requires meeting the Associate Dealer’s performance expectations in terms of sales growth, retail execution, customer experience, and profitability.

Compensation

• $52,000–$62,400 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership ability.
• Hourly Range: 40-50 hours per week
