We're looking for an E-commerce Brand Owner to lead one of our fastest-growing DTC brands.

This brand has already generated $5M+ in sales in the last 4 months — and now needs someone to help take it to the next stage.

E-commerce Brand Owner

Lisbon hybrid

Competetive Fixed salary + Performance-based upside

Variable comp can reach up to 3x annual fixed salary

This is not a simply marketing, media buying, ops, CRO, or project management role.

It's a Business Ownership role.

You'll work directly with the founders, and teams across Growth, Tech, Ops and Finance.

You'll own the brand's operating rhythm, connect the dots across teams, identify bottlenecks, and make sure the right actions are happening fast.

You'll be managing everything of that brand, eg:

revenue

margin / profitability

ROAS, MER, CAC
