Reporting to: Director Design & Engineering About The Role The DGM/GM – Design & Engineering will be responsible for overseeing product development, design optimization, engineering support, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and operational excellence in product design and manufacturing. Responsibilities Managing the entire product development process including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, design calculations, drawings and data, prototype building and validation. Designing and implementing processes and procedures to facilitate the smooth functioning of overall production operations.
