Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required for this role.
• 10 or more years of operations management experience with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
• Experience managing/directing operations for a veterinary clinic or hospital is required for this role.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Proven understanding of human resources practices to develop an employee-centric culture.
