The Opportunity:

Team Liquid is seeking a General Manager, Brazil, to oversee and scale operations in one of its most important global markets.

In this role, you will serve as the senior point of accountability for Brazil, with scope covering in-market execution across business operations, commercial activity, team programs, brand development, and people practices. You will work with global executives and functional counterparts to ensure consistent local outcomes aligned with Team Liquid’s global strategy, values, and standards.

This role suits an experienced operator with strong market insight, comfort operating within matrixed organizations, and the ability to convert strategy into clear, repeatable execution.
