Our General Managers are the leaders of their restaurants, responsible for delivering exceptional results in operations, people development, customer satisfaction, and profitability. They ensure each restaurant consistently achieves McDonald’s high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while building a positive culture for both employees and guests.

In this role, you will establish restaurant goals, create action plans, and lead your team to achieve measurable results. Success comes through developing strong Assistant Manager, Shift Managers, providing coaching, accountability, and leadership that drives performance across all areas of the business.
