• Monitor Air Freight Operations (Exports/Imports) in accordance with corporate/country business strategy as well as local business/competition environment, to provide and maintain a service level exceeding customer expectation.
• Maintain Professional relationship & Negotiation skills with carriers/Airlines for better procurement at all times.
• Participate in matters of business development by undertaking scheduled joint Sales visits to customers, together with Field Sales colleagues.
• RFQ handling, Key accounts management as per customer SOPs / guidelines from the Director Airfreight.
• Maintaining business relationship with existing overseas agents besides developing more new associates as per need.
• Strategic business planning and budgeting related to Air Freight business of South Region.
