General Manager 3 - Food

**Role Overview**

Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a **General Manager 3, Food** , to lead dining operations at Birmingham Green in **Manassas, Virginia** , near Front Royal. This 300‑resident assisted living and skilled nursing community features dining room service and tray service to room.

The General Manager will be hands-on and oversee a team of one manager and approximately 30 hourly staff. Responsibilities include full oversight of daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and a positive dining experience for residents. A dietary manager certification ( **CDM** ) is needed or must be willing to obtain.
