General Maintenance

Links Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a Leading Environment Management company based in Tredegar. Due to their expansion and growth they are looking to hire a General Maintenance candidate.

The Candidate will perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, utility systems and surrounding land.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair of all buildings and equipment as required
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts, order parts as needed.
• Ground keeping
• General housekeeping repairs
• Work at all site locations when required
• Concrete processing
