Job Description

 
  Responsibilities 
  include providing day-to-day supervision of a portfolio of industrial properties, developing comprehensive annual inspection process for properties, oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems including but not limited to HVAC, water treatment program, electrical, plumbing, elevator, and more, and ensures the safety of tenants daily. The ideal candidate will be quality-focused and customer service oriented, proficient in the use of a variety of hand and power tools, and must be comfortable working off ladders, staging and power platforms.
 The ideal candidate will be able to travel south of Boston on a regular basis to various work locaitons.
