LOCATION: Belfast
CONTRACT: Full-time/Permanent
HOURS: 40 hours per week
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday

JOB OVERVIEW & PURPOSE:
The General Maintenance Operative is responsible for undertaking a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the premises. You will work as part of a team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance duties, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks including repairs to building fabric, plumbing, electrical systems, and heating.
Assist with preventative maintenance schedules.
Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition.
Record and report all maintenance activities accurately.
