• Do regular checks and upkeep of all air-conditioning units as and when required

• Understand the electrical and mechanical systems of the hotel in order to efficiently maintain the system

• Perform General Maintenance (including painting works, repairs of equipment, light fixtures and other physical aspects of the hotel as and when necessary and required

-Ensure that any tests and inspections required on hotel property and equipment by statutory authorities are carried out as and when required and that all records and documentation associated with such tests and surveys are correctly kept and/or displayed. Ensure that the hotel fulfils all compliance requirements

• Responsible for event PA system arrangement, checking & repair functional equipment to ensure guest satisfaction

• Any ad hoc task required from management time to time
