Job Summary

Responsible for following a daily schedule of equipment service, general repair of non-medical equipment and minor construction of remodeling projects.
Job Duties


+ Maintains and repairs all non-medical equipment in all buildings and systems.

+ Performs general carpentry in support of alterations and renovations.

+ Performs masonry tasks when necessary.

+ Sets up scaffold and ladders for safe usage.

+ Repairs a variety of mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment and general building components.

+ Maintains all tools and equipment in safe and operable condition.

+ Reports problems to supervisor.
