Salary: £39,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 48 hours per week (6am start)

We're looking for a General Maintenance Builder to join a busy site in Redgrave. This is a hands‑on role covering a mix of building and maintenance work across the site. It suits someone who is genuinely multi‑skilled and happy to get stuck in.

The Job

• General building repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry work including doors, fittings and general repairs
• Basic plumbing, painting and plastering
• Groundworks and civils work
• Roofing repairs and external maintenance
• Using machinery such as excavators, dumpers and access equipment
• Working both independently and as part of a team

• Background in building or maintenance
• Multi‑skilled, not just one trade
