General Ledger Accountant- Galway

Our client, is looking to hire a General Ledger Accountant on a temporary contract, beginning in July to Mid August. The position of General Ledger Accountant is within a Corporate Finance Services (CFS) team based in Parkmore East, Galway. This role is responsible for managing controllership activities associated with period-end close and financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, as well as regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities include general accounting, statutory and financial reporting and intercompany processing and reconciliations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Assist in the preparation of Monthly Financial Reports, Annual Financial Statements and any other internal or external reports required, ensuring that they are completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
