General Labourer

McCain Fertilizer is currently seeking temporary seasonalGeneral Laborers at our site in New Perth, PEI. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing support to the operational functions, while always ensuring a safe work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Foster a safe work environment and promote continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety.
• Must work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Able to work extended hours during the busy season
• Willing and capable of doing some exterior physical labor in varying weather conditions as required.
• Capable of working in dusty environments
• Working in a fast-paced team environment
• Participate in Team meetings, as required.
• All additional duties as assigned.
