General Laborer

Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and safety-conscious Groundman / General Laborer to assist with site operations focused in stream restoration work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating chainsaws and other hand tools, with the ability to support daily field activities efficiently and safely. Experience operating track trucks or mini excavators is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform general labor duties to support site operations and crews.
+ Safely operate and maintain chainsaws and other hand tools for clearing, cutting, or ground work.
+ Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
+ Support equipment operators and crew members as directed.
