**Job Title: General Production Laborer**

**Job Description**

This role supports general production in a precast concrete facility, working across dry cast, wet cast, and panel intake areas to manufacture concrete structures such as panels, culverts, flared ends, side walls, and custom forms. You will work in a process-driven, construction-like environment, reading blueprints, using hand tools, and measuring with precision to help produce high-quality concrete products in both high-volume and custom production settings.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with general production duties in the dry cast area and other plant divisions to manufacture concrete structures, including panels, flared ends, side walls, boxed culverts, and custom forms.
+ Follow a highly process-oriented workflow, completing each step in the correct order to ensure efficient and accurate production of precast concrete products.
