**Job Description**

The General Laborer monitors a production line to ensure unwanted materials do not pass through the process and supports the team in clearing machine jams. This role is entry-level and focuses on safe, efficient operation in a fast-paced recycling environment on the second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

**Responsibilities**

+ Monitor the production line continuously to ensure no unwanted materials pass through the process.
+ Visually inspect materials on the line and remove items that do not meet quality or safety standards.
+ Work closely with the line lead to identify, troubleshoot, and clear machine jams safely and efficiently.
+ Follow established operating procedures and safety protocols at all times while on the production floor.
+ Use basic hand tools as directed to assist with minor adjustments or clearing obstructions on equipment.
