**Job Title: General Laborer**

**Overview**

Hiring General Laborers to support production of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role involves unloading shipments, moving materials, staging parts for production, and keeping assembly lines supplied.

**Responsibilities**

+ Unload and unbox incoming battery shipments
+ Sort, label, and stage materials for production
+ Move batteries and components to production lines
+ Keep workstations stocked with materials
+ Support assembly and production activities as needed
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area
+ Follow production and safety procedures

**Requirements**

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
+ Comfortable with repetitive work
+ Reliable attendance
+ Ability to work safely in a production environment

**Preferred**

+ Production, warehouse, or general labor experience
+ Interest in learning assembly and manufacturing processes...
