General Laborer

Shifts:

Days: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM / Nights: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Monday–Friday / 40 hours + 10 hours of OT

Pay: Days, $20/hour and Nights, $22/hour

Work Environment

You’ll work inside a concrete manufacturing facility where bricks move along conveyors and are stacked for shipment. Safety is a top priority—required PPE includes steel metatarsal footwear, safety glasses, hard hat, high‑visibility vest, and a respirator (minimal facial hair required for proper fit).

Conditions can be warm in summer, cold in winter, and dusty, with occasional wind.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Stack concrete bricks onto pallets as they move along a half‑circle conveyor
+ Maintain a steady pace to keep production flowing smoothly
+ Stack bricks cleanly and securely for safe wrapping and shipment
+ Assist with general material handling and pallet movement
