We are looking for a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves working with wash/paint and inspection processes for glass products. The position offers a stable work schedule with the opportunity for growth and skill development. Candidates will be hired directly from their resume.

**Responsibilities**

+ Produce high-quality painted glass products on time, safely, and at the lowest possible cost.
+ Demonstrate respect, positivity, and a strong work ethic on the shop floor.
+ Prepare paint for use on automated paint machines and hand-spraying equipment.
+ Communicate with the tempering line and inspect products based on daily production schedules.
+ Clean wet paint from glass edges and surfaces to ensure proper finish.
+ Work closely with teammates to rack, cure, and bake newly painted glass pieces.
+ Hand-spray small-volume or custom orders as needed.
