**Job Description**

This role supports construction and site development projects by assisting crews with a wide range of tasks to help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will perform hands-on duties on active job sites, work closely with equipment operators and skilled trades, and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor duties including site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining an orderly work area.
+ Handle materials by loading, unloading, moving, and staging supplies and equipment as directed.
+ Assist heavy equipment operators and skilled trades professionals with tasks such as setup, support, and basic preparation work.
