We are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team at the Spotsylvania Energy Center. As a general laborer, you will perform basic duties using hand tools on a solar site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general O&M duties using basic hand tools.
+ Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
+ Show up on time to work.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in labor, solar, or construction work.
+ Ability to use basic hand tools.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ General construction background.
+ Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
