**Job Title: General Laborer – Concrete Production**

**Job Description**

This role supports a high-volume concrete production operation by setting up forms and rebar, pouring and finishing large concrete slabs, and ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the curing process. You will work with a variety of tools, move materials around the production yard, and perform physically demanding tasks in an outdoor environment while occasionally leading small groups or work areas as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up concrete forms and rebar for large concrete slabs according to specifications and measurements.
+ Pour concrete into prepared forms safely and efficiently, ensuring proper distribution and coverage.
