General Laborer - Baler

**Description**
**This is a Union Facility.**
**Candidate Must Be Flexible to Work the Following Shifts:**
Must be able to work occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed
Day Shift – 7:00am – 3:00pm
Swing Shift – 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Night Shift – 11:00pm – 7:00am
**The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Follow production order to stack 10-50 pound bundles on pallets
+ Utilize vacuum lift to move heavier bales from the discharge conveyor to pallets
+ Wrap bundles using paper gum tape
+ Occasional use of manual pallet jack
+ Sorting and lifting pallets
+ Baling 3-5 machine lines per shift
+ General housekeeping duties
+ Other duties as assigned
**The Skills You Will Bring:**
+ Ability to use basic tools such as t-handles and wrenches
+ Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
+ Physical ability to stand 8 to 12 hours
