This position involves supporting skilled tradespeople, preparing job sites, and performing a variety of hands-on construction tasks. Pay: $12-$15/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup
- Load and unload construction materials and tools
- Help with basic carpentry, drywall, flooring, and remodeling tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Measure, cut, and move materials as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow directions from supervisors and skilled trades workers
