**Job Title: General Laborer - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
This position involves working as a winder, where you will handle rolls coming down the line by removing them from the conveyor belt and stacking them accordingly. You will assist in the lacing, starting, and stopping of the machine to ensure proper production flow and maintain correct line speed. Additionally, you will inspect, repair, and stage rolls for production, which includes preparing them by removing 'busted' edges and sanding the wheel grind. You will also be responsible for recording necessary information about dry felt rolls used during the shift and documenting paper breaks and machine downtime.
