**Job Description**

This position involves working with rolls coming down the conveyor belt, taking them off, and stacking them accordingly. You will assist in the lacing, starting, and stopping of the machine to run materials through for production while maintaining correct line speed. Additionally, you will inspect, repair, and stage rolls for production, which includes bringing them from the storage area, removing busted edges with a sheet stripper, and sanding the wheel grind. The roll of felt will then be staged for the machine to run. You will record all necessary information for the dry felt rolls used during your shift daily, as well as document all paper breaks and machine downtime on the Lost Productivity Record.
