**Job Description**

This role supports soil mixing and production operations within an open-bay manufacturing facility. You will handle materials, assist with soil mixing and sorting, and help keep production running smoothly across various general labor tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with mixing soil according to established processes and instructions.
+ Sort and handle soil and related materials to support production needs.
+ Gather and stage materials required for soil mixing and production activities.
+ Help change over materials between different production runs and processes.
+ Adapt to being placed in various general labor roles within the facility as operational needs change.
+ Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
